He is on the advisory board of many schools and educational institutions to provide academic and administrative support systems for emerging as well as existing schools. He was a member of the Draft Formulation Committee of the Computer Literacy Awareness Program (CLASS) jointly sponsored by NCERT and the Ministry of Education in the year 1984. In his initial years, he worked as a senior physics faculty member at D.P.S. R.K. Puram. Mr. Kirmani articulated, designed, and implemented the Global Education and Training Model, which has become the foundation for the huge success of students preparing for various entrance examinations.
His journey began as a student from a village school to become a successful Maths teacher later. During his stint as a teacher, he has coached several students preparing for various competitive examinations. His immense contribution in the field of analytical reasoning and quantitative aptitude has become the backbone of new generation Olympiads.
Dr. Vinita has been working for Erocon since its inception. She has been instrumental in putting ideas into execution, which is the common driving force at Erose. She has focused on developing exceptional capabilities in the global mapping arena.
She holds a Doctorate in Toxicology from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and an MBA (HR) from Newport University, California. She is heading the operation at Erose, and to her credit, she has organized several workshops, seminars, and counseling sessions for the children. She strongly believes that education must be socially oriented and in the direction of meeting social needs.
With a cumulative experience of over 17 years in the field of education and K-12 schools, Mr. Kirmani is one of the long standing members from the execution team, he leads the Project Delivery Team while having detailed knowledge on overall school set up advisory aspects starting from Project Planning, Brand Positioning, Market Entry Strategy, Legal and Affiliation Framework Compliance, Venture Financial Allocations. With a travel exposure of more than 600 districts across India, his contribution is immense in the field of school consulting. With specialisation in the subject of advanced combinatorics, he has been a regular guest faculty for Marks Field Institute of Higher Education in U.K. and has co-authored the famous book “Magic of Numbers”.
